Payment can be made in the form of cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit, and Care Credit.
If you are paying with a charge or debit card, the cardholder must be present and must have valid photo identification.
No personal checks are accepted. All fees must be paid in full at the time services are rendered.
We participate with most insurance plans and HMOs including Aetna, Keystone, Cigna, Oxford, Personal Choice, AmeriHealth, QualCare and United Healthcare. We also accept Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and most out-of-state Blue Shield plans. If your insurance company is not listed, please call us to inquire.
If your plan requires referrals for visits to specialists, a referral from your primary care physician may be required for your visit here.
Most insurance companies cover our services. However, insurance plans can be complex and coverage levels may vary.
Please have your insurance information ready when you call for an appointment and our billing specialists will verify your coverage to determine if your insurance will cover your care. Insurance plans can only be accepted as payment if our office has verified your coverage prior to your visit.
If you are unable to pay for your services in full, there may be funding available. Funding resources are very limited, however, and cannot be guaranteed. Funding must be arranged in advance of your procedure and may require an appointment to determine elgibility.
Care Credit is a company that offers a line-of-credit for medical procedures. Our office works with Care Credit to offer an interest free line-of-credit that can be paid off over one year, for those who qualify. Call our office or go to their website for more information at www.carecredit.com.
