Payment Information
Payment can be made in the form of cash, money order, MAC card, VISA, MasterCard,
or Discover. No personal checks are accepted. All fees must be paid in
full at the time services are rendered.
Insurance Information
We participate with most insurance plans and HMOs including US Healthcare,
Keystone, Greater Atlantic, Cigna, Oxford, Personal Choice, AmeriHealth,
and United Healthcare. We also accept Blue Cross / Blue Shield of
Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Most insurance companies cover our services. If your insurance plan is not listed, please call to confirm if it can be accepted as payment. Please have your insurance information ready when you call for an appointment. Insurance plans can only be accepted as payment if our office prior to your visit verifies them.
